10/26 Storyboards due (in class)

Today in class we presented our storyboards. I feel like I missed something essential. Well, actually I did miss something and finally got a grasp of how to explain your conceptual design. “How to Talk (and Think) in Art Terms for Dummies” where are you? My conceptual design is begin a focus of confinement in the singular, then to transition into the multiple continuing this theme of confinement. By juxtapositions between the internal and external a sense of solidarity is discovered, where infinite options exist.

YAAAHHHHHH!!!!

The printer is up and running! I came back at 4 this afternoon and printed all of my letter forms. It took about two hours because I printed a few that were 3″ by 3″ and realized that these are too big. I had made dummy spreads, but forgot that I decided to make them smaller since I will only have 3  wheels.  My only complaint is that some of the color (particularly the black) in the images is not quite as vibrant as I would like. Sooooo…I will just use some gloss and hopefully that will make the color more saturated.
